Built With Harmony Camden
Lestat was designed in collaboration with Harmony Camden, a corset wearer and content creator who has spent years wearing, reviewing, and giving detailed feedback on corsets. This wasn't a typical collaboration. Harmony came with specific requests based on years of real wear, and every design detail in Lestat exists because of that experience.
The sharp peak bust edges came from Harmony's feedback about standard overbust corsets cutting into or leaving a gap at the underarm area. The pointed shape follows the natural bust line more closely, smoothing the upper body and reducing the underarm bulge that most overbust styles create. It's a detail that makes a visible difference in how the corset sits and photographs.
The arched upper back was another specific request. Standard overbust corsets often create pressure across the upper back or cause fabric to bunch when laced tightly. The arched panel reduces that pressure and gives a flatter fit across the back. This was something Harmony noticed immediately after years of dealing with the opposite.
The exaggerated hip curve gives this velvet overbust corset its hourglass shape while allowing flexibility through the hips during wear. Combined with the higher back panel that covers more of the upper back, the overall effect is a corset that feels balanced and comfortable even through extended wear.
