Hey! I’m Sammy, and this is my friend Samar. We've known each other since our school days. Our journey into corsetry began long before Corsets Island existed. We started from the ground up, learning every step of the craft from stitching and cutting to pattern making and sizing.

Those early days weren’t just about learning skills; they built the foundation of who we are as creators and friends. That’s why our company name, S&S Fashion Trading Limited, proudly carries our initials as a small reminder of where it all began and how far passion and perseverance can go.

We spent countless late nights experimenting with fabrics, studying traditional techniques, and dreaming of creating corsets that fit every body perfectly. What started as two friends learning the art of corsetry slowly evolved into Corsets Island, a UK-based brand built on craftsmanship, inclusivity, and love for authentic design.

How Corsets Island Began

I started working in a corset factory back in 2016, when I was just 18 years old. I didn’t realize it at the time, but corsetry would become my lifelong passion. I was fascinated by how a few pieces of fabric, steel, and skill could transform not only posture and shape but confidence itself.

After two years of learning and perfecting the craft, Samar and I decided to take a leap and create something truly our own, a brand built on craftsmanship, inclusivity, and honesty. That’s how Corsets Island was born.

Unlike many brands that simply resell factory-made products, we design, cut, and craft every corset ourselves. This hands-on approach allows us to maintain full control over quality, fit, and design and to offer authentic steel-boned corsets in sizes ranging from 3XS to 12XL (covering 18" to 50+" natural waists) at fair, accessible prices.

Today, Corsets Island has grown from a small UK-based studio into a trusted global corsetry brand, with operations in the UK, USA, and Germany. Yet, no matter how far we’ve come, our values remain the same friendship, craftsmanship, and passion at the heart of everything we make.
