You may return or exchange your corset within 30 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return postage for all eligible items, making it simple and risk-free to shop with us.

How It Works

• Our team will send you a prepaid return label or return instructions depending on your Country.
  
  
• Once we receive and inspect your corset, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
  
  

Example: If you ordered the wrong size, simply request an exchange, and we’ll send the correct size within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

Conditions for Returns

• Corsets must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
  
  
• Custom-made corsets and certain sale items are not eligible unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  
  
• Items showing signs of washing, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued via your original payment method as soon we receive the corset.
  
  
• All refunds are handled securely through your payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Visa).
  
  
• Exchanges are processed immediately upon approval, subject to stock availability.
