At Corsets Island, we want you to feel confident and delighted with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return and exchange process is designed to be easy, fair, and hassle-free.

Free 30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Returns are free, and we cover return shipping costs. Simply contact us within 30 days to start the process.

How It Works

  • Contact us at info@corsetsisland.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  • Our team will send you a prepaid return label or return instructions depending on your Country.

  • Once we receive and inspect your corset, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size, or any change in corset preference. Replacement corsets are sent at no extra cost.

Example: If you ordered the wrong size, simply request an exchange, and we’ll send the correct size within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Conditions for Returns

Corsets must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Custom-made corsets and certain sale items are not eligible unless they arrive damaged or defective. Items showing signs of washing or alteration cannot be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via your original payment method as soon as we receive the corset.
  • All refunds are handled securely through your payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Visa).
  • Exchanges are processed immediately upon approval, subject to stock availability.
